Thoughts / Notes
Glad to get out for a run in the morning, though the 30 minutes doesn't make up for not walking at all for the rest of the day. Need to start hitting my 10k steps more regularly.Food was good, though a little splurgey around dinner time. Hard to cut out all wine but I did cut back; could have done with a single enchilada, probably.
Running was easy, but getting out early and having the time is hard. Need to find more space for this moving forward so I can be consistent. No, I guess I need to make the space.
Overall, though, it was a good day in terms of kicking off healthier choices and I'm feeling good!
