C25K Week 3 run in the early a.m. Forgot my fitbit, darn it!

Total steps: Under 6k :(

Nutrition

Breakfast: 2 eggs in butter

Lunch: 6 slices chicken sandwich meat, 3 slices Dubliner cheese

Dinner: 2 enchiladas in low-carb tortillas

Snacks / Desserts: None, but I did have some wine. ;(

Thoughts / Notes

Glad to get out for a run in the morning, though the 30 minutes doesn't make up for not walking at all for the rest of the day. Need to start hitting my 10k steps more regularly.

Food was good, though a little splurgey around dinner time. Hard to cut out all wine but I did cut back; could have done with a single enchilada, probably.

Running was easy, but getting out early and having the time is hard. Need to find more space for this moving forward so I can be consistent. No, I guess I need to make the space.

Overall, though, it was a good day in terms of kicking off healthier choices and I'm feeling good!

Getting Fit in 2015

This is a little space on the web for Abby, Russell, and I (Ahniwa) to keep track of our fitness. A place to put our goals, to share our achievements, and to measure our progress over time.
